5. Hosting & Maintenance
If hosting or maintenance services are provided:
- We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
- Projects include a defined number of revisions
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- Abuse or misconduct occurs
You may terminate services at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed.
